***HAPPY BELATED THANKSGIVING TO ALL***
Hello all and may God bless you to the fullest.
I'm very sorry for not updating our blog for more than a month. I've been so busy lately. I started taking a course so yes i'm back in school if you think of it that way. I don't think that should be an excuse, i'll try to keep it updated as best as i can. Well i just want to congratulate US for the great effort that we are making of bringing the UNITY back into our Youth and church overall. Our youth campaign was sooooooooo amazing and sooooooooo powerful that its hard to explain what happened during does 4 days. THANK YOU FATHER, SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR OPENING THE FLOOD GATES OF HEAVEN INTO OUR CHURCH AND MORE INTO OUR HEARTS.
I'm personally more in love with Jesus than never before. I know this is just the beginning of a great SPIRITUAL EXPLOSION THAT IS COMING TO OUR CHURCH AND OF COURSE IS GOING TO SPREAD OUT TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND ALL NYC & THE WORLD.
Please remember to pray for all the missionary from our church and specially for our brother and leader GERSON PENA that will be going to a missionary trip to South America. (May God be with you brother and that the HOLY GHOST WILL SHAKE EVERY TOWN AND PLACE YOU STEP ON.

Hello All and that God may bless you all!!!!!!!
I have received a few responses from you guys and some of you wish to add pictures to our blog and others have decided to post thoughts.
Here is our first thought from our sister in Christ,
Rosalind Castro,
God bless you.
Yes I have a thought, which I’ve shared with Susan and others. I feel the only way to know Jesus is have your own testimony of Him and one way to get one is to get in touch with His work. So; my thought is for some youths who have not yet given their hearts to Jesus perhaps they would be interested in going to a missions trip.
Funny sometimes we forget that we have plenty of mission fields right here at home. Perhaps a trip can be coordinated with the sister that visits the sick at the hospital referred to as ‘the Island’.
I believe Elizabeth Pepin knows where this place is.
Whoever is led by the Lord let us pray, to seek His guidance and His plan of action.
That the LORD will move and touch in a mighty way these youths into HIS salvation and love for HIM and His harvest.
Perhaps a monthly trip can be organized?
I know having the time is always tough, however if a monthly trip can be organized or even 1 trip before this year ends perhaps during the holidays? Of course I offer whatever you and the LORD can use of me.
Just a thought.
More Thoughts to come.

God Bless you all very much,
It seems like its been months since the last time i wrote something here.
Well i can't go forward without saying something about the trip to Sight and Sound Theater. The ride up to Ronks, Pennsylvania was supposed to be a 3hr drive and it took us 6hrs, our navigation system had technical difficulties and we miss a key exit and that threw us off for 3 extra hours.(love you guys). Even though the ride up took a long time we still had a blast because we were making a lot of jokes and we got to make jokes of people that we wouldn't do any other time.
Well we got there just in time for the show so we didn't go to the Mall or the restaurant and i know some of you guys were upset/hungry/tire/confused you all stick together and watch the show and enjoyed it just like i did. The show was great and i'll like to go again to see the (THE BEGINNING) but i'll rather have someone else drive. lol.
Our drive back wasn't bad at all (4hrs) thats all what i have to say.
....................

God bless everyone in the name of our Lord and Saviour JesusChrist. I take this moment to express my gratitude for attending and supporting the Movie Night. It was an unforgettable experience for me to be able to share with you and have fun in the Lord. I want to thank the pastor for this idea of having movies as a means to invite young people to Christ and for us to have fun.
I hope your cooperation in every activity of the youth calendar. There's more to come and a lot of work to do, we need your help. I also want to thank Joel Guzman for his help with the e-mails as well as Kris Diaz for his technical help in the sound room. Thanks to Zoila de la Cruz, Manuel Gil and Susan Reynoso for their assistance, especially Susan who provided the movie and the DVD player, and promoted the movie, may the Lord reward you.
I want you all to know how much you mean to us and to God. Remember, He has a purpose for you. Our passion is to help you grow in faith and fulfill your destiny which God has ordained before the foundation of the world. No matter how small you think you are, or how young you think you are, God wants to use you. The Bible says: "and the child Samuel ministered unto the Lord before Eli". If He could do it with Samuel, He can do it with you.
With love, your friend and servant,

Daily Manna from the Net - Wednesday, June 7, 2006 @ 3:40pm
But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:44-48 NIV

Tuesday 9:20pm June 6, 2006
Hello All,
I hope you guys are doing well if not, after you read this testimony from an old college friend of mine in Iraq you guys are going to feel a lot better.
His name is Jerimiah.
I've got to give God the praise.
It's been a long journey. Most of you have known me in many different ways. I've been a drinker, a partier, a liar, a double minded man, lustful, saved, a backslider, chewed tobacco, unfaithful, lost, confused, on fire for the Lord, distant from the Lord, and the list goes on. I've left the past behind.
When I first accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I was excited about my new found faith. Yet I didn't fully understand the significance. I remember Pastor Mitchell telling me that the battle had just begun. Man I wish I would have headed his words. I was not rooted in the Word of God, which if you look to Ephesians 6:17, is our Sword in spiritual warfare. Which is why I wasn't able to fight back against the attacks of the enemy and the desires of my own flesh. If you look to Mark 4:3-9 then 4:13-20 you will see what happens to the Word. I was a combination of the second and third things that Jesus tells the disciples. The Word wasn't rooted in me and I let the desires of world choke the Word that I did have in me. When I fell, I fell hard. It's been a long time of searching to get back in the presence of the Lord. And believe me I was trying. But I couldn't seem to make any progress. There was no power in my prayer, it seemed I couldn't connect with God, I could get moved emotionally but not spriritually. I was earnestly trying to praise, worship, and pray; and it felt as if I was just spinning my wheels and getting nowhere. But I kept pressing.
Then by God's grace, I finally got a revelation through His Word. A simple scripture spoke volumes to me. James 4:2,3 states "Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts." The specific part that got me was "ye have not because ye ask not". I asked myself, "what haven't I been asking for?" I realized that I have been asking for all the wrong things. I've been asking for what I want. For what my flesh wants, not my spirit. Not for God's will. It states in this scripture that we don't receive because we ask for things to satisfy ourselves. Then I came across Matthew 6:33. "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." The revelation that I received is basically that i need to ask for the things of God, the spiritual blessings, spriritual gifts, to see His face, to be in His presence, to walk, talk, and live in the Spirit. If you read above this scripture it speaks to how God has everything taken care of for us: food, clothes, drink. He knows what we need. All we have to do is seek Him. This revelation is what brought the power into my prayer and the Holy Spirit truly manifested itself and brought me into the presence of the Lord. Hallelujah!
I was praying on these scriptures and letting them lead me, and was focusing on seeking God in my prayers. I was praying for God to show me how to pray, to be in His presence, to have the Holy Spirit in my life. Then I was led to pray for my brother and his relationship with the Lord; and that's when the Holy Spirit came over me. That's when I felt the power in my prayer that I have never felt before. I continued to pray for him, that he may seek the face of God, and that God will scoop him up into His arms and welcome him home. You see, my brother's name is Jedidiah and it means beloved by Jehovah and the Lord gave this name to Solomon at his birth as a token of divine favour. The Spirit continued to move me and my prayers just flowed and were full of power. That entire day the Holy Spirit was overflowing out of me, everywhere I went I was just surrounded by the presence of the Lord, I was speaking the Word, I was praying. It continued onto Sunday. The Bishop asked me to say the opening prayer at church. I was scared and started to pray right there. When I went up to pray before the congregation, the Holy Spirit took over, it came out of me like a flood, it filled the place with its presence. It filled me with such strength, with such peace and power, I really don't even know much of what I said; the Spirit said it all. The Holy Spirit continued to operate the entire service; it touched us all. And for the first time my worship and praise were for real. I mean for really real. I've always tried in the past but something always held me back from totally letting go. Not that day. I gave it all to the Lord. I worshipped Him like never before. The Holy Spirit is truly powerful and awesome!
I am truly full, God has poured out a blessing that I don't have room to receive. It was just overflowing out of me for days. And now, I feel the Holy Spirit in me. The presence. Its guarding me, leading me, keeping me from my old ways. It's right there and I can feel it. I can't really describe in words, but I know its there.
I just thank God for His Word and that He revealed its meaning to me. i get it now. Its not about me, its about Him. All I need to do is seek Him first, He has already taken care of my every need. If we diligently seek Him, He will reveal Himself to us.
I pray that you may seek the face of God today, seek His presence, you will be truly blessed and amazed at His glory. God bless you.
Love,
Jeremiah
